How do I make a booking?

Select the option you wish to book then select your pick up date and time.
Click BOOK NOW

The service/booking will be automatically added to your cart.
Click VIEW CART to checkout.

To add another service/booking navigate back to the main menu and repeat the steps above. You can add multiple services to your cart and checkout/pay for them all at once; this is the best way to ensure you don’t miss out.

To complete your booking click VIEW CART and follow the checkout steps to payment.

Provide your flight and accommodation details, and any other requests/queries in the custom fields at checkout.

How do I change my booking time if I've made a mistake?

Bookings cannot be modified or changed by users once the checkout process has been completed, however, if you do make a mistake please email us immediately at tim@premiummtbtransfers.com.au or by phone 0407 970 852 and we will make the changes manually if the required dates and times are available.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We have multiple secure payment options available including:

Direct Bank Transfer – preferred payment
Credit card
Paypal

How many passengers can you accommodate and what luggage entitlement will I have?

Airport transfers:

We can currently accommodate up to 11 passengers.

Each passenger is entitled to one boxed (1500mm in length, Airline limit is 1400mm) or bagged bike, one suitcase and a backpack or carry on luggage bag.

All bikes and luggage are transported internally within a clean, waterproof and secure vehicle.

Shuttles:

We can currently accommodate up to 11 riders and bikes on a secure purpose built bike racks. The racks are designed for quick loading and unloading, and prevent any damage to bikes from rubbing or touching each other.

Note: Premium MTB Transfers is a private charter business model.  Bookings made are for the entire vehicle and driver for the time required.

Where will I meet the driver?

For Airport transfers, we meet you at the arrivals gate. Look out for our driver holding a sign with the booking name on it.

For accommodation pickups, we will meet at your pre-organised location.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver? Call us on 0407 970 852

If any unforeseen circumstances arise and our driver is running late, we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware. Please ensure you remember to take your phone off of flight mode once you have landed.

How long will the transfer/shuttle take?

Blue Derby and Maydena bike park are both in remote locations therefore travel times can vary depending on the weather conditions. Please refer to each service/product description for an approximate travel time.

Our focus is to provide a safe, comfortable and convenient service with rest/bathroom/grocery shopping stops at your convenience. Our drivers are very approachable, so if you need something, just ask!
